Village Council of the Village of Vandalia

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village Council of the Village of Vandalia will hold a Special Meeting as follows:

DATE: Saturday, September 19, 2026

TIME: 10:00 a.m.

PLACE: Village Hall

18035 State Street

Vandalia, Michigan 49095

The meeting is open to the public. The public may attend and will be given an opportunity to address the Council under the rules of the Council.

PURPOSE OF THE SPECIAL MEETING

Office of the Village Clerk

AGENDA

1. Call to order, roll call, and pledge.

2. Public comment.

3. Office of the Village Clerk — status of the office and action to restore a functioning clerk, including possible restoration of duties or appointment of a person to perform the duties of clerk.

4. Adjournment.

This notice is posted at the principal office of the Village and on the Village website, if maintained, in accordance with the Open Meetings Act. Posted at least 18 hours before the meeting.
